Affordable Laptops; under 700?

I’m 15 and want a Laptop of my own. I need something affordable. I’m not picky on what I want. I want a Laptop with a Built in Webcam. If you have any Laptops you would recommended to me, that would be great (:

Go to Fry’s, they have several under that price. Almost all come with a webcam. It’s kind of standard on laptops.
