Cheap Notebooks

I’m looking for a tote/purse to carry folders and notebooks around in. Cheap, but cute. Any good stores?

I don’t want it to be too much…under $30 would be ideal.
So just a list of stores would be nice

So far I’ve seen some cute purses at Payless for like $20, & Hollister has some cute bags too for about $30.

I would suggest looking at Wal-Mart, Target, T.J. Maxx, & Marshalls, too.
