Laptop Antenna

How do i create a hotspot using my laptop a yagi antenna and if i have to use it a direct tv satellite dish?

So i just got a yagi antenna that picks up wifi and it goes into my laptop via usb. So i want to make it so my dad who has a laptop can be downstairs and have wifi using a hotspot that i want to create through my laptop thru the yagi antenna.
