Laptop Cooling Pad

What’s the best laptop cooling pad to buy?

I have a Toshiba Satellite 17 inch laptop. The last cooling fan we had stopped working. It was plastic, flat and attached to the bottom of the laptop. It had 4 little fans, but stopped working. How are the cooling pads? What’s your opinion of the best ones out there?
Are the cooling pads without fans and just soft foam any food? I was thinking about not having a hard plastic one with fans but more of a cooling pad.

Try to get a cooling pad that is more ergonomic. Obviously you can almost tell when a cooling pad looks flimsy. See how it weighs against other cooling pads. and go from there.

Personally I have a Belkin Single Fan. It only cost me about 19$, and has been working forever. When you do buy a fan for your lap top though just remember that more fans doesn’t mean more cooling.
