What is the cord that comes out of a laptop lcd screen that plugs into the inverter and can that be replaced?

The cord sticking out on the bottom left with the white end. What’s it called and can it be replaced?

Interter connector. It is soldered onto the LCD inner fabrique and cannot be relaced.
