
keyboard broke, how to add peripheral keyboard?
my letter n barely works o my laptop aymore ad i wat to add a peripheral keyboard till i ca sed it i to be fixed. i added oe to the usb port at back but it wo’t recogize it. it does see the trackball mouse without makig chages but ot the keyboard. is there somethig i eed to chage iside the device maager to get it to use the peripheral kb istead of the oboard keyboard?

Did you get software with the keyboard. Sounds like you are missing the driver.
Then there is the obvious. Did you go to the control panel and click on keyboard? Did you reboot? (I’m sure you did all that, but it bears repeating.)
