
What does this sentence meen I got it in a letter from PC world?
‘Our obligation to you in this case is to offer a depreciated credit on a 7 month old repair which totals £256.24′
and
‘Regarding your out of warranty claim for your laptop I offer an explanation for the offer of £256.24
The situation is that our laptop broke and PC world have refused to fix it, what exactly are they offering.
The sentences are not written very well. As I see it, the repair happened seven months ago. They are offering you a credit of less than what you paid, and the amount they are offering is 256.24.
Your laptop is no longer under warranty and they imply they are doing everything they can to rectify the situation.
