Latest Laptops

what is are the latest or couple of latest models of these brands of laptops?

Alienware, Acer, HP, Fujitsu, Sony, and Toshiba? also, what are the details i need to look for in a good laptop? i’m looking for a laptop that i can use for normal use, and gaming with large games. i need to know what processor/ram speed is good and what brand. it will be used a lot.

I’m using a Toshiba Satellite A105-S1014 and I just added 512mb of ram.. I play Doom 3, and various other large games and don’t have trouble with it..
It’s got built in wireless, 15.4 in widescreen, 60 gig hd, ethernet wired, modem, and is a joy to use.
Cost me $799 and had a $200 rebate in the US.
