Sync Pc And Laptop

Can i sync outlook on my PC with my LAPTOP over a wireless network?

so the info is exatcly the same on both computers and automatically updated when i connect onto the network.

i may be an idiot at this but surely dont u just set the pop accounts from outlook on your laptop the same as your desktop outlook settings on any connection ?
