Thank Y’all
Take your Notebook to OfficeDepot where they should have an older model of Tablet on display. (I don’t know of a store that has the older model out other than OfficeDepot – i speak form experience =) )
Explain your case stylus to one of the employees [or better yet - a supervisor, i usually like to speak directly to them becuase they (of all poeple) want to promote good customer service.]
And ask if you could take a look at the stylus to the display. If they say they don’t have it, tell them you were told that they did and that it’s allegedly held in the back. Managers know not to put a stylus out in the open where someone could steal it – so they will have – and sometimes employees are lazy or they just don’t want to appear unknowledge or unaware.
If you get your hand on one – take it and run for it…j/k…little humor there….hehe…anyway, test the display stylus on you’re PC. If it works, then the one you bought was probably faulty…
Unless you got it directly from HP. If that’s the case, you’ll have to return it or have it replaced…
Hope that help, good luck =)
